Ingredients of Chicken Tikka Masala

1. Chicken – 2 kg cut into small pieces
2. For marination:
3. Plain yogurt – 1 1/2 cup
4. Ginger paste – 2 teaspoon
5. Garlic paste – 1 1/2 teaspoon
6. Salt – 1 1/2 teaspoon
7. Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
8. Spice powder:
9. Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
10. Turmeric powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
11. Cumin powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
12. Coriander powder(elach) – 1 teaspoon
13. Cinnamon powder(daruchini) – 1 1/2 teaspoon
14. Cardamon powder – 1 teaspoon
15. For the gravy:
16. Oil – 1/2 cup
17. Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
18. Onion paste – 3 tablespoon
19. Ginger paste – 3 teaspoon
20. Garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
21. Tomato puree – 1 1/2 cup
22. Coconut milk – 1 1/2 cup
23. Cream – 3 tablespoon
24. Salt – to taste

For garnishing:

Spring onions – 3 tablespoon chopped
Fresh Coriander leaves – 3 tablespoon

Instructions of Chicken Tikka Masala


Wash and deplete the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with the elements for marination for 2 hours in the fridge. Expel the chicken from marinating flavors. Hold the marinating flavors for sauce. Warm 2 tablespoon oil and sear the marinated chicken until light chestnut. Keep aside.
