There are many types of kabab or kebab or barbecue. Such as shik kabab, boti kabab, shami kabab etc. Today I’ll show the process of preparing shami kabab. Shami kabab can be made with mutton, chicken, beef and fish. In this post I’ll present the fish shami kabab. Who does not love shami kabab. Ingredients of Fish Shami Kabab
1. Chana dal- 2 cup (soaked in water for overnight)
2. Tuna fish – 1 kg
3. Bay leaf – 3 pieces
4. Cinnamon – 3 pieces
5. Cloves – 3 pieces
6. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
7. Cardamom – 3 pieces
8. Red chili powder -1 tea spoon
9. Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
10. Salt- 2 tea spoon
11. Garam masala powder – 2 tea spoon
12. Chopped green chili – 3 table spoon
13. Chopped onion – 2 cup
14. Garlic paste – 2 Tbs
15. Ginger paste – 2 Tbs
16. Egg – 3 (separated)
17. Chopped coriander – 3 Tbs
18. Oil – 3 Tbs
19. Fish Masala – 3 Tbs (optional)
20. Oil – As required for deep fry
Preparation of Fish Shami Kabab:
