Loitta Fish Fry – A Mouth Watering Recipe
Loitta fish fry is one of my favorite recipe because I like this fish very much. This fish is very tasty and soft in texture and it is cooked in various ways. The English name of this fish is Bombay Duck and is a sea-fish found in the Bay of Bengal. In Bangladesh people of all over the country like this fish very much. The dried form of this fish more tasty. Generally the fresh loitta fish is cooked in two ways fried and non-fried . Today I’ll discuss about the fried loitta fish recipe. You may called it loitta Fish Jhuri Bhaja.
Ingredients of Loitta Fish Fry
1. Fresh Loitta Fish(Bombay Duck) – 600 gm
2. Garlic – 1.5 tablespoon chopped
3. Maustard oil – 0.5 cup
4. Ginger paste – 1.5 teaspoon
5. Onion – 1 cup chopped
6. Red Chili Powder – 2 teaspoon
7. Tomato – 1 cup chopped
8. Cumin powder – 1.5 teaspoon
9. Turmeric powder – 1.5 teaspoon
10. Green Chilies – 5 to 6 pieces
11. Salt – To taste
12. Crispy Fried onion(Beresta) – 3 tablespoon
13. Fresh Coriander leaves – 3 tablespoon chopped
Instructions of Cooking Loitta Fish Fry
Cut the fish into filet and expel focus bone. Wash and deplete. Keep aside.
Warm oil in a wok or skillet on medium warmth. Broil slashed onion and garlic until delicate. At that point blend ginger glue and sear a bit. Next include slashed tomatoes and cook until delicate. Include red stew, turmeric powder, cumin and salt. Blend well and cook a moment.
Include angle pieces, green chilies and cook on medium warmth. Try not to include water, the fish will discharge enough water.
